Known Issues

Computer Says Printer Offline / Cannot Print

Make sure you have selected PARALLEL or SCSI (If using SCSI set the correct ID).

• Open the top cover and check to see if the carriage lock lever is set correctly.
• This lever is used to lock the carriage when the printer is to be transported.
