Notes - Error 5E is indicated
- Turn the printer off
- Open the top cover and check to see if the carriage lock lever is set correctly.
- This lever is used to lock the carriage when the printer is to be transported.
Notes - Printer Offline Error
Make sure you have selected PARALLEL or SCSI (if using SCSI set the correct ID) in the Menu (see below).
