CLOGGED PRINT HEAD
WHY ME???
There are things you can do to recover your print head. First is to try the print head cleaning utility. Once you perform the print head cleaning utility you should run a nozzle check after  you perform a print head cleaning.

You can also flush the print head using a print head
cleaning solution or warm distilled water. By warm I mean warm enough that you would want snuggle up with it and go to sleep. The print head cleaning instructions will guide you throught the process.

Here is a little more info on clogged print heads. In your browser's address bar type: control panel\printers and hit 'enter' on your keyboard. This will bring up a page with your installed printer's icon. Place your mouse cursor over the Printer icon and 'right-click' on it. When the dropdown menu shows, click on  'Properties'. This will bring up the printer utility. Look for the 'Maintenance' tab and follow the cleaning prompts.

Clean the print heads by performing a head cleaning followed by printing a nozzle check pattern. A head cleaning and nozzle check pattern must be performed as a cycle. After printing a nozzle check pattern, examine the printed dot pattern. Each staggered horizontal and straight vertical line should be complete, with no gaps in the dot pattern. If there are gaps in the dot pattern, continue with another cycle. Perform up to 3 cycles if necessary.
